Service Link Complaint

In September my daughter entered into contract on a foreclosed property. She has been trying to close on that property unsuccessfully for over 5 1/2 months now service link won't even answer their phones or give us a time line. My daughter has purchased appliances and invested a lot of money with escrow apprasal fees and other fees. My realtor is frustrated and the water company now says there is a $5,000 dollar water bill on this property that needs to be paid. We have ademdums that state that the property must be sold with a clear title. My daughter is now living with us due to her lease running out on her rental unit. I now have a garage full of her things and a frustrated daughter. CAN YOU HELP !
