Outside Vending With No Inspections Being Done Complaint

Restaurants in the city of miami have to pay for license and have to have health inspections why do vendors rules not the same. In miami on the corner of nw 2nd ave and 8street they been there approx 9 years selling food on sidewalk and in open field on the side of international longshoeman hall local1416 located at 816 nw 2nd ave. They normally start appra 530am until 930am and start back up at 1030am. They been doing this a long timeand the inspecters had more than 3 complaints. Big blow flies be swamming all around the food. They know the inspecters be drinking they cooffee so they don't worry about getting caught that time of morning.
