Buyers Have not rights with Service Link - Home Purchase

I am very angered at the way my buyer has bent over backward to complete her due dilligence in her Real Estate transaction in which Service Link out of Pennsylvania is the closing company. If you research their name on the Internet you will see that there is a serious problem that needs to be addressed. The first complaint is that they never presented us with a true title commitment. No covenants or HOA showed up in the title commitment. Luckily she is fine with it since she loves the house and knew she was getting a good deal. This should not be permitted. They should have to provide a true and accurate title commitment which shows everything with the property. The second problem is we had her sign last Thursday 4/14 so we knew she could move in over the weekend. The loan funded on Friday and they have yet to record the property. I know of another one who has been waiting a week. These buyers are paying interest and utilities for homes which they cannot occupy. There is a lot more to this story if you look into it deeper. There are complaints from all over the country. These buyers are charged a per dium for each day that they miss their closing date by. How in the world should they be allowed to do this to these buyers. The complaints in regards to Service Link are HUGE. When is somebody going to look into this and help these buyers? To pay interest, utilities, the frustration of not being able to take possession of a home that you now have to make payments on.
