Two days ago I woke up, went to work and checked my email. Emails with bills from Apple iTunes poured in by the minute for purchases which I didn't make. I have an account with iTunes in which my debit card information was stored. Applications for iPad had been ordered on my account and had not downloaded and $565.47 was automatically taken out of my account. However, I do not own an iPad. I would like Apple to investigate this billing discrepancy but their customer service department refuses to do so, claiming that they are not liable for the billing discrepancy. I am in the process of disputing the charges with my financial institution but I am working outside of the country now and I can't go to the bank and sign the papers needed to dispute these charges. I would like Apple to refund the money they mistakenly charged my iTunes account. I would also like Apple to investigate this incident. After doing a google search, I came across thousands of other people who have been victims of this scam. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and I'm just livid about it. Please help!
