I purchased a senior discount ticket in March for $159. from Greyhound to go to Cleveland OH 4/23 and return 4/24 when I went to the depot at 11pm 4/23 I waited until 4/24 12:30 am The bus never came. This 11:15 trip is straight thru by way of Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo and Erie. It arrives in Clevland, OH at 10:30 am thus allowing a full day of Easter activities. Earlier buses arrive before dawn. not safe and later, after connections, not until 3pm ..I demand a full refund of $159. for the ticket.
