Brought Car first/ Car Stolen To Cover Sold Me Another Car That's A Lemon - Car/ Lexus

On March 11,2011, I went into FitzAuto Mall, and brought a 2003 ES300, I left the car because it needed to be detalied and to have the bumper reinline. I went to pick my car March 14, 2011, while I was in the business mangagers office comleting my paper work the car was stolen from the dealership. A man walked up and pulled off in my 2003 ES 300, I was told that the car was not ready and I could get the car the next day. I waited for them to call, afte I didn't get a call I called the dealer. The salesman was not there. After an hour the sales manager called stating that he couldn't sleep all night someone came into the dealer while I was there in drove off in my car. That I could come and look at a few of the cars, but my car was gone. When I got to the the sales man tried to give me a BWM, Benz, and M35, I didn;t want either car because I wasn'ted the car I brought my Lexus. The salesmans said we just got a few cars go look and test drive something. I saw the Silver IS250 sport 2006, for 14,988.00, which I brought the first car for 10,988 with a $105. monthly note. I told no I wasn't going to add any money that he needed to work something out or I would fiel a claim with my insurance company. They refused to give me a police report, and was pushing me to buy the IS250. I brought the car, after he lower the price and gave me more for th 2003 Toyota SUV. I got the car on March 15,2011 I had take the car for brakes within one week, and two wekks later my engine light and oil light came on. I call and return to the dealer on April 4, and I was told my brake and another senors had gone bad, and they didn't catch it when the car was inspected. while my car was there one of the service man hit a pole with my car, and didn't tell me. They put me in a loaner car, and told me they would bring the car to my job when it was ready. My car was ready by the end of the day, and I ask the service manager to send my car to the Lexus dealership to make sure everything was ok, because I wasn'tg no comfortbale with the car. I was unhappy with the car, he told me I promise that everything is ok with this car. If I needed anythin g please call him personal and gave me a card. I went to get my tags, and they sent me to the Lexus dealer because they didn't have the tools tp put my tag on. Whiel I was at the dealerI paid 50.00 for a tag plate to hold my tag on the car. After I drive the car for a week, I return to the Lexus dealer because my enigine light came on again. I told the entake was leaking it was an after market part, and that it was to big and that's why it was leaking. I wa told by Fitz to sale the part on line and pay to have the car fix or give the part to them and they would sale it.
The salesmans never told me that the owner changed anything on the car, He told me it was one owner and he keep the car up. Today is May 9, and I haven't had the car 60 days in it's been in and out the shop since I brought the car. I tried talking with the dealer, and ask for the 9000, trade in back or another car. I am unhappy with the way I've beent treated and this whole sale went wrong. I believe that Fitzgerald didn't take the acr the a complete inspection befor esealing me the car. I would like to how many other peopel have gone throughn the same things. What can I do about this situation.
