September 8th my kids and I drove thru the Chic Fil A on our way to All About Kids Peds appointment. Our appointment was for 1:45 and drove thru about 1pm or so. When we got to the doctors parking lot, we sat and eat our lunch before going in. I had taken about three or four bits when I bit down on something hard and heard a crack. I took out what was left in my mouth and with that came the cusp of my tooth. After the doctors appointment I returned to the store to tell the manager what had happened and all she said was do you want another drink and sandwich! I explained my tooth was exposed and was afraid to eat or drink anything. I wanted to fill out an accident report. She filled it out and took my tooth and my receipt. Two weeks later after calling corporate and speaking to them about the issue, they called back and said my claim was denied! I can not believe how they can get away with this, it was not like I was wanting to get rich, just pay for my tooth!
