What a wonderful feeling it was to go out to your car in the morning of 10/22/2010 to get ready for work and have your neighbor ask you "where your car is?"and to look and "see" that it is GONE!Frantically thinking it has been "stolen"you call 911,and yet to only have them call you back and tell you that it has been "reposessed"and as one can ONLY imagine the anger raging of such a "FALSE AND INCORRECT"form of action that had taken place at my exspense, ESPECIALLY KNOWING that there was NO truth to the knowledge of WHY my financial company Wells Fargo who "FALSEY ACCUSED"me of "HAVING NO INSURANCE ON MY CAR"when there was. They NOT only accused me of not having insurance on the car, BUT as well as they seemed to deny that "they" were in the WRONG the entire time due to their OWN "MISSING" information on EVERYTHING concerning my account. Not only had ALL my payments been made NOT just in time BUT always EARLY, as well as ALL insurance coverage WAS ALWAYS in order. Tehy also had the audasity to continousley demand "MONEY"that they "CLAIMED" I owed them(WHICH I DI NOT, AND PROVED IT WITH ALL INFORMATION REQUESTED!!!)And YET, they STILL badgered me that I was wrong. So, losing Friday work(with NO car I might add)as well as Saturday and Monday I lost wages and had an entire weekend full of distress that they caused for reasons of their OWN neglegence on part of this so called "BIG DOD COMPANY"where MOST people are intimidated by them I dug into them with ALL proof and EVIDENCE that they WERE WRONG. How funny it is when you have several headquarters of different divisions of corporate employees that you are shuffled back and forth to for 8 hrs a day and half a day on a Saturday and yet in order to DEMAND the upper level management to not ONLY "FIX"the issue THEY caused, as well as BRING MY CAR BACK, and NOT on MY dime, BUT on Wells Fargo's DIME since THEY caused this UNJUST ACTION to come into MY reality because of incompotence on "THEIR"part. It would have been nice if this "SO CALLED BIG DOG" company WOULD have JUST admitted that they truly made a "HUGE" mistake, rather than "putting their tail between their legs and running away without any form of an apology to me"It was DUE to ME that "THEY BRING MY CAR BACK TO ME ALL THE WAY FROM TAMPA"especially since not only did I have NO way of getting to wherever it was that they took it to, but It was THEIR fault on mis-information that THEY seemed to MISPLACE on my account so why should I have to pay gas and my time to retreive my vehicle for an issue that THEY were in the WRONG of and unfortunately they got away with no regard to how I feel and how angry I am that of so many attorneys I have contacted are not willing to take this case due to intimidation on their part I believe, or if they WOULD consider they want to rip me off for retainer.
