A Solid Gold Sound Complaint

I hired this company to video tape my wedding. I never had any concerns until 6 weeks after the wedding when I started getting the run around regarding my final video. I heard every excuse from the editor is delayed to the video was shot in HD. I got a phone call late yesterday evening from the man who shot my video stating they had not paid him since June and he had never given the company the video. A Solid Gold Sound denies this and states the video is still in editing. It has been four months since my wedding and five months since I paid then $800.
