We hired Brett Matthews Photography in Roslyn Heights, NY to do photography & videography for our 10/08/05 wedding, & could not have been more disappointed. The photographers attire was unprofessional, they missed vital shots such as:the huge flowered chuppah, the groom with his parents, the groom with his father, ice sculptures, floral & decorative displays etc. The worst part is that the owner of the company, Sheri LaMagna, was not interested in hearing our complaints & basically said she would not compensate us, for her company's mistakes, even when the photographer himself stated that he "dropped the ball". We finally received our wedding album on 05/14/07 (1 year & 7 months after our wedding) & the album has several pictures of a tree behind my husband's head. The tree is VERY noticeable & several of the company's employees agreed that the tree was noticeable, It makes the pictures look horrible, as the tree appears to be part of my husband's head. The owner has been extremely nasty to us, & has threatened to sue us, for voicing our complaints publicly. Let me also state that the company has 6 better business bureau complaints on file & several other internet complaints. I do not feel that this company should be able to do horrible work, not fix their mistakes & blatantly bully their customers, someone should needs to teach this company that they cannot continue to treat clients this way without consequence.
