It's a pretty long story, but I will try to shorten it up and BEG that someone will please help me. I have now had my car at Bullard's Total Alignment 5 different times for them to fix the same problem. Everytime I go there they claim that something else is wrong and charge me more. I am now over $600 and counting on getting these brakes fixed. I have had EVERYTHING now replaced in the front braking system.... and still I am missing work today because when I picked up the car from them yesterday after being "fixed" again there was smoke billowing out of the front passenger side wheel well when I got home!!! Took it back first thing this AM. A. They openly said that they have no clue whats causing it B. They will NOT give me my money back
C. Have now replaced parts twice over and STILL isn't right
I cannot afford to continue to take days off. I cannot afford to take the car somewhere else and pay all over again what I just paid for. I need help! This is not right for a consumer to pay money for a service and not have that service performed adequately. I hope to hear from someone soon. There is even more to this story that can be told. Thankyou very much for helping!!!
