Borderbund Complaint

This is to let everyone know how poor the service the Borderbund provides. Until not I have not received the Math CD I purchased from them on the 2/1/06. It is already 2/27/06 and I have not recieve it yet. Their staff was also very unhelpful despite me telling them that I need the CD very badly.

Since I needed the CD immediately, I went ahead and purchased another one (same item) on 2/23/06 with new payment. I was told that they will deliver the 2nd order by express delivery (1-3 days)but now they are telling me that the item is backordered and no expected date of delivery. Well, How FRUSTRATING IS THAT?. Now, I am wandering if they are real distributor or one of the scum bug.
