Bony Express, located in Los Angeles fails to deliver shipments in a timely manner. My mother sent a 30X30 box full of items for family members in September of 2009 and she was promised it would arrive in El Salvador in a month, the man who picked it up even said there was a boat leaving that week with shipment. Well it is know June of 2010 and it has not been delivered. This "company" is a total scam, when we call to inquire about the box's whereabouts the phone has to ring about thirty times and the woman who answers always says the boxes are already at the dock, and they will call back in a week or so to let us know when they will be delivered. So many people have had issues with this company, it is not fair that they keep scamming people. It is only fair to let others know that this place fails to meet adequate business practices.
