I Reacently purchased a 08/ 328i BMW at Lou Bachrodt Automall / I was told it was a loaner / demo car and was never owned / amounst other deceptive lies, I asked to see the title several times but was denied, this was after putting sig during all the paper work, after receiving the title it was already titled in IL, i asked for my car back or money / I traded in a 08 jeep to help with the gas miliage on the 08 BMW /it is BMW policy to have the dealership title there loaner cars and still sell as new / as of January 09 BMW figered out this was elegal and don't require there dealers to title there demo/ or loaner cars / I still am stuck with a previous titled car that was not disclosed just another consumer ripoff / for the small guy
