TN Court Complaint

Blotched Adoption By Tennessee Courts - Adoption

- Chattanooga, TN
My parents had adopted my nephews in 2010, due to the request of their ex- daughter-in-law; because she had requested due to the children residing with them for their entire lives. The adoption had been finalized by Chancellor Brown (Hamilton County), her being the co-petitioner. The biological parents were served accordingly (the father), and everything was done legally. Then 32 days after the final decree the ex-parents filed a motion to dismiss stating fraud. For more background the biological father had already plead guilty to assault on one of the minor children in the state of GA. The Hamilton County Court System allowed the "parents" to set aside the adoption even though this amount of time surpasses the state laws on a revocation. The appellate court in Knoxville returned the children, just to 5 months later rule against the grandparents, even though all the evidence has been proven. The case will be filed with the Supreme Court in TN., we would like an advocate in the childrens' corner to protect them from harms way. More background: the biological mother had given birth to an illegitimate child while married, whom was in intensive care for drugs when was born in 2010, this is still a court pending case. The mother(biological)has also committed governmental fraud including food stamps, etc. Please contact us for the complete details this is a very complicated case, that needs to be address for the childrens safety and for the rights of adoptive children throughout the state of Tennessee.
