De Napoli Designs Complaint

Young beautiful blonde, admires jewelry and buys $340 worth of art pendants. Later, I find her credit card doesn't fly but she does-- to New York. I track her down and send numerous emails and on the phone she agrees to pay but doesn't. (Her credit card company won't do a thing.)

Every time I speak to her she cries, "Please! No Collection Agents!" Hangs up and the whole thing happens all over again.

She's still in New York scamming others with her blonde credit bombs. Is there any way to stop her?
