I'm currently 8 months pregnant, and me and my husband who is a retired Marine Sergeant, and former Maryland State Trooper just recently moved from Maryland to Orange City Florida where he is currently training to be a pilot at Embry Riddle. We moved into Integra Landings in Orange City Florida. Upon our arrival and signing a contract with Integra landings there have been countless problems with mold and roaches, we have addressed the situation with the property management on several occasions to allow them to fix the problem and all they have done is white wash the situation. We have had to take matters into our own hands with me being pregnant, and living in unsafe conditions. We notified them with the proper documentation that we were moving into a home suitable to raise a baby in, yet they are holding us accountable for rent on the remaining months on our lease agreement. We don't know where or who we should turn to next we have contacted the health code department to report the company for an infestation problem, and black mold problem. And now we are trying to get in touch with the right resources to pursue a class action lawsuit for all of the tenants involved in the building. We need your help, I don't have the energy being pregnant or the patience to even focus on bringing a child into this world under the stress of these conditions, and my husband needs ton focus on traing to be a pilot to provide for our family. We are tax paying citizens, and my husband has fought to serve our country only to be subjected to worse conditions than war.
