Binder and Binder social security advocates claim that they work for you, but I kept getting "red flags." I first called to inquire to see if they would accept my case, "no problem" they said. They said they would call back within 24 hours. That turned into 2 weeks. When they called back in 2 weeks, they had added on more problems to my diagnosis which would have changed my diagnosis which would have gotten me DENIED and CHARGED WITH PERJURY for presenting it to Social Security. THEN, after I got that corrected, they said they would send me a packet in the mail within 10 days which turned into a month. Upon receiving that packet, they followed up several times to say that they were "working on my case". Gee, how can they work on my case when #1: they know nothing about my case? #2: I havn't signed or returned any paperwork giving them authorization to work on my case? But each time they called, they assured me they are "working on my case". Finally, I decided to look on the internet to see if they have any other such complaints and there were pages upon pages of complaints about them on the internet. THEN, I called Binder and Binder offices to ask for my phone number to be removed from their data base so they would stop calling me to tell me they are "working on my case" that they can't possibly be working on. The secretary told me, "no problem", "your name has been removed". Shortly after, I received a call from someone identifying himself as Harry Binder who says he needs to talk to me right away because he doesn't like to lose clients. What client? I AM NOT A CLIENT, BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE ANY SIGNED PAPERWORK BACK FROM ME YET. At this point, I wouldn't doubt it that sometime in the future I receive a bill for thousands of dollars for them "working on my case". If you ever consider working with these idiots, my advice would be: DON'T! I read more complaints here than I have ever read about anyone. I'm calling someone local who I can work with directly. Not someone who says they are "working on my case" when they can't possibly be.
