We found an ad in a newspaper to have our carpets cleaned, the ad said 100% guaranteed services,the rugs were not done to our satisfication so we made a phone call and they came back,the next day the rugs still looked dirty and they came back the third time, he said the rugs had some worn spots, well we disagree,the rugs still look as dirty as if they were never cleaned,we called once more the lady on the phone was very sarcastic, I asked if the owner would come and view the carpets and see for himself, she disagreed and said she does not do that,and said they will not come back. We are senior citizens and feel we have been taking advantage of.
