Jan 27, 2005 - I placed an order with The Sports Authority (http://www.sportsauthority.com) and signed up for Bill Me Later (no payments or interest)
Because some items were not ready for shipping my partial order was sent and billed through Bill Me Later (http://www.bill-me-later.com) with no problem.
November 28,2005 - I reveived a email that my final order was shipping (complete with FedEx tracking number) but was never sent. I Checked my on-line statement and I was billed for the order.
Contact The Sport Authority and they verified that the order never left for deliver canceld my order and issued me a credit to my Bill Me Later (http://www.bill-me-later.com) Account. I was told to wait 5-7 Business days for the credit.
2 Weeks Later - Called The Sports Authority and told them that I did not receive Credit to my account. I was told that I needed to get this resolved throught Bill me Later.
January 30 ,2006 - Contacted Bill Me Later and explained that The Sports Authority issued a credit to my account and asked that I get this resvoled through them. Bill Me Later asked me to Fax a letter given them permission to investigate this on my behalf. Fax sent with authorization and a copy of the email sent by the Sports Authority with credit processed successfully.
Febuary 3, 2006 - Contacted Bill Me Later and there is no record of my dispute. Faxed dispute letters again and was aked to contact them on Tuesday Febuary 7th). Why I couldn't call on Monday Febuary 6th is a mystery to me.
I've made good faith attempts to get this resolved but fell that I'm being taken advantage of.
Please Help.
