We have had our business, savings and checking accounts with Wells Fargo for over twenty years. I opened a business account back in May of 2010. I was told I would not be charged a monthly fee for this account. I deposited Money in July of 2010 and did not do any more transactions for a year. The bank charged me a monthly fee of $20.00. I am at fault for not opening my mail, but don't they have a responsility to let a long time customer know of this ongoing charge??? I could have closed this account a long time ago. They did credit me $40.00 of the $240 this mistake cost me. What happened to banking to service the cosumer and not themselves for getting extra fees for doing nothing??
