I just left you another voicemail message; you are not returning our calls.
We have been more than fair and patient with this ongoing problem for over a year now 3-2010. We have documentation of complaining since the day this system was installed. We over paid for a system which was not installed right for our house,
which more than one technician at ADT has acknowledged. They are all shocked and apologize for the wrong doings ADT is continuing to do to us.
We are at the end of our rope and feel forced to reach the local news stations, and contact the better business bureau that we have been scammed by ADT.
We have documentation of complaining since the day this system was installed.
I am tired of the run around, and paying for a system that does not work correctly. We get false alarm readings day and night regularly. The low battery alarm beeped every 10 minutes for 2 weeks straight and no one could come to the house. This wakes us up through out the night and has our dogs barking non stop.
The package installed does not meet the needs of the house. The alarm can be disabled by being knocked off the wall; there is no additional siren for added security plus, the system was not installed correctly and there are other problems. These problems have been told to us by your technicians who have documented and sent complaints to their supervisors. Yet no one is willing to correct the problem. We just get sent on a yearlong wild goose chase.
If we need to contact a lawyer at this time we are prepared to do whatever it will take. We will not be scammed by a well know so called reputable company while we are in a recession. We will also at that time notify all of the local news stations and make sure we are heard.
We have been scammed by ADT and refuse to pay for a contract where the installed system has not installed correctly.
