Broadview Networks Complaint

Beware of a DSL internet company if your are using the internet for your busines - Internet service DSL

In August, 2010, a representative from Broadview Networks telephoned our company and said it will no longer be servicing our business come September without any explanation. We folowed up by calling them and asking if this was so and why. They told us that was an error and we would continue to receive their service. And we were continuing to have internet service until February 10, 2011 when we no longer had any internet service without notification by phone nor in writing. Our company offers speech pathology services and depends on the internet to service our patients and process insurance claims. Every time we tried to call Broadview we were given conflicting information and for one week no one from corporate offices has returned our calls. Broadview outsources telephone reps and they cannot give you any answers or they tell us that we are "still receiving service" when we are not. We would like to know who is "Broadview Networks" and where is their corporate offices that service Long Island, NY? In the meantime, our company hasn't been able to service students who are seen over the internet and will have lost income for fifteen days because our new service provider will not be able to get us online until February 28, 2011.
