| - Hollywood, Fl | I saw an online free 14day trial offer for 3.95 for the Acai Berry & Life Cleanse diet pills. I received a small bottle of each & within 5 days also found out they charged my credit card 87.13 4 times. When I went online to investigate I found out this company has pulled this scam on a lot of people. Same story for everyone. They need to be put out of business & not allowed to commit this fraud on an unsuspecting public. I have learned a very valuable lesson & will never order online again. %348.52 for 60 "free" pills is the biggest scam I have ever seen & I am retired on a very fixed income. This is immoral. I too fell for the deception, and was advised to contact the attorney General to file a complaint. My Free Trial offer cost me about $175. I wonder who this FWM Laboratories Guy is?

My story is the same re: FWM Labs. I ordered a sample and thought I would only be paying $3.95 shipping which cost them $1.69. When I received my bill there were 2 charges for $88.00 and some foreign charges. A real scam. Takes around an hour to get an operator who does not speak clear English, and get no help from her. Says she will send request to refund dept. but cannot promise a refund. Imagine how many of folks have been duped by this scam. They need to be stopped, and I am going to turn them over to the FTC, the USPO, the Atty. Gen., etc. until they are stopped. This is a crime against the American public. Probably some foreign company.

Same story here. Ordered trial 1/7/09. Recieved with mail confirmation on 1/21/09 the same day my account was charged $87.13. They said that I did not cancel within the 14 days of order date. Asked to speak with manager and was put on hold. Had to hang up after 30 minutes.

I called FMW Laboratories phone numbers as listed on my bank statement and was able to speak to someone about their second charge of $87.13. Asked them to cancel the account and refund the charge. She said I would receive an email from their refunds dept (ironically, they didn't have the phone number for that dept). Still no email. Called again several hours later and asked about the email. Was told that my acct was cancelled and would receive a refund. Could not transfer me... Supervisor was on another line... All very familiar excuses from the sounds of these posts. Googled the company and found an email address on this thread(billing@fwmlabs.com). Emailed the company to ask the same thing. Received a response back within 1 hour saying that the charge was voided as it's still pending on my card. We'll see... Would encourage you to email them to see if you get any results. I also reported them to the BBB for good measure.

I also had problems very similar. This is what I have done. I don't know if it will work. I'll have to wait and see. I finally found their web again. www.acaiberrydetox.com Click on get my free sample. Do not feel anything out. Go to the bottom of the page. Click on Refund and Exchange. Follow directions. I just send my pills back today. I sent the orginal packaging so they could not deny the the post mark. A letter stating why there product did not work for me. And the RMA #. I told them that I trust they will do the right thing and refund me and not charge me again. However, if they did not I would report them to the BBB. I made a copy of the letter I sent them, a copy of the original packing, and a print out of there policy off the web site. I sent it certified mail. The address is different. It is North Maimi Beach instead of Hollywood. But when you call to get your RMA you will discover it is the same people that you had to call to cancell your membership.

I too am experiencing the same exact things as many of you have described. I am currently in the process of trying block FMW Laboratories from sucking anymore money out of my bank account. I cancelled my account with them on Dec. 29, 2008 and they are still charging my account. I will make it a point to report this company as well!

I have now been on hold for 1 1/4 hours waiting to speak to a manager...obviously this company has issues...I never received my "free sample" and when I called the day they first charged my account they claimed there was nothing they could do but put in the request for a refund. that was a month ago...still waiting.

Hey guyz i know how it feels.. I am working in a bank [Credit card Disputes] i am an expert. I get atleast 50 of this acaibery disputes. And I know what exactly you need to do. If you have any questions feel free to email me at ttcabal@live.in.. Being an expert i will suggest you how to proceed with your Credit card company to dispute on this fraudsters..

I just was notified by my bank of 6 charges to my account from FWM Labs. I called the 866-633-6706 number and talked to a person who read a script so I asked for a supervisor and got Nancy. She told me to wait until I received my bottle and then send it back with a number she gave me. I got on the internet and started reading about this company so I called back and Christine told me they would send me an e-mail. I hadn't even given them my name but she knew my e-mail based on my phone number. SCARY!!! I told her I wanted to talk to Nancy again so I was put on hold and then transferred to a voice mail. I left a message demanding my money! I called back and told them I wanted to speak to Nancy and they did the exact same thing so I left another message. According to the complaints I have read no matter what you do they will not send an e-mail or a refund. I filed a BBB complaint and will call the number for BBB in Florida (561) 842-1918 and e-mail at info@wpbbb.com. I also asked for the CEO or President of FWM Labs but for security reasons they can't give that out! GEE I WONDER WHY!!! This group needs to be shut down and the CEO needs to be in jail! For every 1000 people they scam they make between $160,000 - $250,000 depending on how many times they can hit your account until someone notices. Luckily my bank was already aware of the company's name and phone number but only after I had been hit for over $200. I am discussed that this company has been doing this for at least the last 4 months. CEO you have made enough money, SCAMS OVER! I will also file a fraud report with my bank and look into other avenues to expose this company.

They did it to me also. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and hope everyone else does also. I have been fighting this for 2 months. I even sent back the pills with their cancellation number given to me by their rep and they still charged me.

I also had this similar problem. Only I was able to get in touch with someone about refunding my money and they lied. They charged my card again! I had to cancel my card and have a new one issued to me. This is not right and these people need to be held accountable!!!

THE BEST THING TO DO IS CANCELL YOUR CARD AND HAVE A NEW ONE SENT I DID THIS WHEN I SAW IF YOU LIKED IT MORE THAN 2 WEEKS THEY WOULD CHARGE ME SO DO THAT AND UR GOOD NO WIDTHDRAWLS AND NOW THEY HAVE BEEN SCAMED DOES ANYONE HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY ABOUT IT DID IT WORK FOR WEIGHT LOSS OR WHAT?

Another sucker here! I called my credit card company and they canceled my card (I had already been charged for about $300). I just received a bill from my credit card company for the NEW card, which I hadn't even actitivated and it has charges for $130.00 for these guys! I have called and sent a letter to the credit card company and refuse to pay the bill. Lesson learned - never, ever authorize anyone to charge your credit card who you do not know is legit. I was home sick from work the day I ordered it, so maybe my brain was not functioning. I cannot believe I fell for this, but I have yet to pay a cent of the credit card bill - I sent every bottle back except the original one, which I opened and took the pills for a few days - it upset my stomach something awful! Also they sent me some stuff I did not order! I hope to work this out with the credit card company, but be warned that canceling your card does not seem to stop this! It is like a cancer virus. I am very angry at myself for being so stupid. I sure hope these people can be shut down. I should have known because I could find no address on the contract, they sent no email confirmation, and no statements with the additional item sent. When I tried calling, the phone system was all messed up -kept skipping around and reading out other peoples credit card numbers. There was a long wait for a live person, so I gave up (figured I wouldn't get a satisfactory reply anyway).

I contacted the seflorida.bbb.org approx July 24th, regarding this same company making charges to my credit card for a product that I don't have. They finally sent it and I refused to accept from UPS. UPS delivered it back to them and they signed for it. I finally got to talk to someone at the number that I've called for 2 months. The person LYDIA informed me the account blocked. I told her I did not want the product, just my money back. I was quickly informed, I had already paid for the product and they would ship it back to me. I would not be reimbursed and she hung up on me. You would think with as many complaints being filed the BBB or FTC or Attorney general would make an effort to stop these fraudalant people. I waited about an hour before anyone answered and LYDIA hung up on me.

I ordered ACAI berry Sept. 9th they took out $73.27 out of my checking account I never received their product so I called and canceled they said there going to send back $39,95 we'll have to see about that and I checked my bank statement today and found they took out $40.35 for something called revampdetox which I never ordered so I called them again today and they said they don't have that on record so tehy owe me all together $73.27 but it don't look like I will get all the money back I canceled my debit card so they will not be taking out anymore money.. I sure learned my lesson THIS IS A SCAM DE. PARSONS

In Aug,09, I ordered samples of eye cream from this company totaling under $4. They continued to fraudulently bill my CC# for months afterwards for items never ordered nor received. I've contacted the company, my CC co, the BBB and Consumer Affairs. I'm still waiting for a refund/credit of over $338.
