Bergacci.com Complaint

I ordered a pocketbook from Bergacci.com on 2/21/06 and as of today I have'nt recieve my pocketbook and the telephone # the website have listed isnt in service. My credit card company tried contacting Bergacci.com and was unsuccessful because there's no life operator for you to speak to. We called and left numerous messages and no one returned our calls. This me that I was scammed $612 by this Company. I would really like to expose them because the website is still listed selling pocketbooks. May someone kindly please get back to me.
