Bench Warrant Unserved by Sherrif - Serving Bench Warrants

- Redwood City, CA
I paid $150 for the Sherrif to serve a bench warrant to a woman who did not show up in court for a suit. The Sherrif went to her house where she lives with her father. The father said she didn't live there anymore and the Sherrif simply left without serving the papers. My money was promptly refunded but the Sherrif should have served the papers. Can you help?

what do u expect him to do, break in and find her?? HELL NO. KEEP THESE PIGS OUT OF OUR YARDS EVEN IF A WARRANT IS INVOLVED!!! NEVER LET A COP IN YOUR HOUSE OR ANYWHERE ELSE NEAR YOU. JUST ASKING FOR TROUBLE
