I am between moving and need some where to stay until place is ready. But on the third night noticed marks on the bed sheet and pillow case. Ironically last week the news had done a report on bed bugs so I went online to see what they looked like. I looked under the sheet and found a huge dead bed bug. I called the front desk person and told her they had bed bugs. She came up and looked at the head boards and under the sheet and admitted they had bugs. My skin has been crawling literally since the incident occurred. The manager and security came as well and told me I would get a refund. I called yesterday and the manager took my number and name to get back to me. It is now Tuesday 9.28.2010 and I have not gotten my refund and the manager has not returned my call.
