I ordered a drive shaft from basic car parts, aka basic your best buy, inc, basic TV & appliances and what ever kind of part they would like to try and scam you with on December 10th 2009 and still have no drive shaft, no refund and have been hung up on, and plain lied to. They first sent me the wrong part and then told me I had to ship it back and pay for it myself. I am out over $270.00. I have been told since then my part would be here, they never received the drive shaft back, (which I have the tracking information on they did get it back) and they told me my money would be refunded several times. I have called over 15 times and keep getting this run-around. I even asked for the manager and is all they would give me is her first name and tell me she's not there. I tried to get her last name and they told me they don't get personal with their manager. I have even e-mailed them. They are a bad company, liars and thieves and a nightmare!
