I line in Pine Trail Shores in Flint. There has been several times that Monarch has turned off the water without notice; that did it so many times in one week that it blew out my water heater element. When the turn the water on it comes out muddy and plenty of time there are particles in my water. I have to buy bottled water because my family gets sick. My bill came in last month and my rate was 30 dollars higher than my actual usage. My water bill is only 40 dollars lower than my electric and 60 dollars higher than most pple using other water companies. If I could switch I would but Monarch is the only ones that will service my address. Is there any way I can put a stop to them ripping me off? I would understand if my rate was lower than usage and qaulity of water was better.
