I intended to use 'Adams Law Group' file for bankruptcy in August '09, I procrastinated getting appropriate info in order to file because I had vividly expressed to Mr. Jack Adams this was the 'last' thing I wanted to do, I finally decided I did not want to go through with it, contacted his son and asked for a refund of my deposit of $450.00, at that point for 'six weeks' this company gave me the run around and absolutely would not return my calls. I was courteous every time until after going on seven weeks I stated to the legal secretary I was coming in and demanding a check, that got their attention and 3 days later I received a letter stating that I was not entitled to a refund which they say is $400.00. Writing this is NOT my typical character, this is actually the first time ever to ask for any type of help, but I am Tired of being ripped off and I want this company exploited for their actions, there is no moral or professional reason to not give my funds back....PLEASE HELP , Dave Scull
