bank robs customer through faulty atm's - bank

I am a new customer to bank of ameria. Last Tuesday I had to make a deposit with checks and cash. I wasn't shown how to use the 2 cash slots, I had been in a hurry for work and I waited 15 min before I got in. Then I realized there was no deposits slips. The man behind me says you put the cash directly in there. I saw the money slot to the right and it took the money, however it was not reflected on my receipt. I banged on the door immediatlty and they said there was nothing they could do but you can call the claim office and within a couple of days you will get your money back. Here it is 7 phone call and a week later I still have nothing. This is a deceiptful practice the're preying on peoples money and filling our heads with lies I am prepared to sue them for my money back with interest. Is there an attorney willing to take on a class action law suit I've read many similar story with them. If so you can email me lizjoshcarlos@yahoo. com
