US Bank Complaint

Have been unable to make mortgage payments on home so listed with a realtor to sell. Have been working on this last couple of months. Today bank had a company come and change locks on my home without any prior notice and locking personal belongings inside. They will not give me information on the company they hired, and refuse to let me at least get my deceased Mother's remains from the home. I don't care about anything else, but why can't I have MY MOTHER! I don't think they can sell her remains. She is only valuable to me.
