Bank of America Complaint

For 20 months my lawyer and I have been mislead by Bank of America. I applied for a mortgage modification and was told that I qualified. I've submitted the required documentation over and over and over again only to be told they needed the documentation AGAIN. Each time I'm told it will take 72 hours, a week, maybe 2 weeks to review the documents. When I finally hear from the bank I'm told I have to submit the documents AGAIN. I'm going in circles. I've complained to The OCC and The Federal Reserve Consumer Help and I'm still in the same position as when started almost 2 years ago. I'm being lied to and mislead. There is no end in sight.
