8 months of fustration and confussion with bank of america, in a request for loan modification. This is to my understanding a major issue that should be resolved by common law. I feel that I was scamed into a forclosure probability. How can this be stopped other than have the commander in cheif take control. It dosent make sense that someone can fraud people and get away with it. If to many of them are involved doing their scamming have them all fired and be unable to get another job so they will end up lossing their homes, and become homeless on the streets with those that were victimized so they can fight for life trying to survive. How unhumane that they are allowed to do that. As previously metioned do the same to them as they did to others, steal their homes and house those that were scammed into forecloure .
