Bank of America Complaint

We are a family of 12 that have applied for a loan modification in March 2009. In July 2009, we received a loan modification contract outlining our new payments. We were promised final paperwork and new payment stubs after a trial period. We have faithfully paid our payments according to their contract. Imagine our horror when this month (September) we received a Letter to Escalate a Foreclosure giving us only two weeks to come up with $22,000 or foreclose.

Bank of America has done absolutely nothing to help us. We were told that they "are not obligated to inform the consumer that we were declined."

Please Help!!!!
