I am on a very limited income.
I am 47
I have medical limitations also.
Last Friday I went to an atm to withdraw money and make a deposit and I was treated to an embaresing situation.
The atm ate the card and would not return it.
So went into the bank.
I happened to get to speak to the VP first thing.
Rude, Condesending, and short in communucation.
I was given some one elses credit card back.
I didn't look because I put it right in my pocket.
The VP gave me another persons card.
The VP of the bank did it and would not take responsibility.
The VP told the lady whose card it was that it was stolen!
I returned it the next day and I was treated like a convict?
When asked about the right card to be returned to me, nothing.
The vice President yanked the wrong card from hand and said your out of luck, leave this bank now or I am calling the police?
I explained that I did not get back the original atm card that was kept in the first place. Later on they jokingly said the lady whos card we accidently gave you probaly has got your card. Ha Ha Ha
How could that be?
I am angry and ready to expose these people. After trying the card the next day I relized after it poped it out and said see teller that it was not even the right card.
I understand that people make mistakes but to not own up to a mistake when it looks like a crime, is a crime in itself!
I returned the wrong card the next day to find out that they kept the other card and said its gone and accused me of theft, of the one they gave me? that I am returning to them? After I tried to remedy the problem I was told your lucky we didn't prosecute you! ??
All funds were frozen a week befor christmas.
I AM LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY CURRENTLY
