Bank of America Complaint

ATM Mistakes or Fraud?

Another victim of Bank of America would like to put in her 3 cents. I was a member of Fleet bank since the early ninety's no problems. Boa took over and now I'm out 500.00 dollars. On April 9 I made my usual ATM deposit, it posted on the 10, on the 14 they decided it was missing & withdrew it from my account. I called customer service and they gave me the benefit of the doubt and deposited it. On the 25 it was withdrawn again. I called customer service and the women I spoke to told me she would never put cash in a ATM, and that the thorough investigation was closed. I then went to my local bank 28th street Manhattan at 10:30 to arrange an appointment with the manager at 3:00, when I returned he was too busy to see me. One of the front people told me people put in empty envelopes all the time and that I should consult an attorney. If anyone has any suggestions as to my next course of action it would be appreciated. In the mean time stay away from cash deposits at ATM's and Bank of America!!!

What I would do is go back to your bank and tell someone in the front dest to let a manager know that you need to speak to them and If he is to buzy tell they to tell him that you will filed a fraud claim with the Better Business Bureu, trust me they will Hear what you have to say
