When we first, open this account, the people, without even hearing that we are on a fix income, did some of the stupidest things, giving me more things that what I had asked for, they did what they wanted, never got any statements about certain,activity, that were happening, I have tried more than three time in person to get help.
Told them about that someone called with some of my person information, that they did not one thing to stop, only trying to charge, for things in which I ,told them personally I did not do. It seems like all the want is the money no matter if they have to steal it anyway; but after all that; there were no apologize, no help; the them, I believed !"If we say you did this and then you did!" Funny "i do remember telling them to stop my account; but hey, I am just a nobody, who cares, if I can't eat, or buy and toilet paper. To just become a number; and someone they are trying to suck water out of a rock: yeah; why not trust them, after all is for their best interest, not the consumer.
What a wonderful thing, this is no matter what, they never did hear a word, I said, stop, means stop this. Hey can you guys hear me, whoa! For a moment I thought I disappeared
