Me and my mother joined Bally fitness in June of 2010 just to get fit. While joining the gym we also paid for personal training for the both of us. I went to one training and never returned. My mother never went at all because she was never called to set up a time for her to stsrt. She even walked in trying to find out what was going on and why she hadn't been contacted. Basically given the run around. She decided to cancel the training all together. So I contacted the corporate office to ask that credit my account for the moneys for the training, and I was told that they did credit the account. But my bank shows no such action. I've contacted Bally several times by phone and sent a certified letter on the situation and still getting the run around on proof of the credited statement for the bank and myself
