I have been told that my Bally's membership is being revoked/cancelled because a member has told the staff that a family member is using my member ship that I have had for 16 years. This was never brought to my attention in writing or in any other form. I have lost several cards and know that they are still valid. Because another member and I don't see eye to eye they told staff that members of the family are using my membership. The staff has never asked myself for any type of ID when attending the facility. I was never notified in person, by phone or in writing of this issue. I phoned Bally's to see why I have had to be buzzed in the last two visits, February 3rd and 6th and was advised to call the D.C office. On February 8th, 2008 I was told my membership was cancelled, just like that!!!!. Told I would receive the difference I paid from last year and that matter was never discussed , no questions, no chance for me to respond or discuss this matter. Seems to me Bally's has had a lot of issues with people and there is no one out there to help us out. If you can call the California office they don't care and nothing gets resolved. Please HELP!!!
