i joined a couple months ago for $99.00.
since then, the first lead I received, the address didn't exist. they charged me $35.00. tina dunne said they would give me my money back. the second lead I accepted, the people didn't know what I was talking about. that was $35.00 more. so, I called tina dunne and she apologized and said she would return my money. I asked about the other $35.00 she said she's working on it. total now is $70.00 plus the $99.00 ($169.00)i received another lead about a bathroom remodel. before I accepted it, I called tina dunne and asked her if she could check to see if it was legit. she said, "just accept the lead and if there is any problems, she'll take care of it". I called the number, and it was a local business whom I knew, they didn't know what I was talking about cause they remodel bathrooms also.
this is definitely a scam. they will not give me a refund, only credit. so, I asked them where was the credit on the first two, and why did you charge me, they said it had to be job specific. now, I have three credits that they charged me for because the job descriptions are slightly different. I have never received a legit lead, and all they have done is charged me. tina dunne tricked me into accepting the lead and has not answered my phone calls. some slick guy named christopher tried to smooth things over by basically telling me there's nothing I can do about it.-michael radan ps. we are trying to get the bank to get our money back. I've looked into this company and there is over 150 complaints to the BBB
