After being hit in a car incident 02/09,I was pregnant and didn't know it two weeks later I went back to the hospital and they found out that I was pregnant and was in danger of miscarrige, they sent me home. Do to this matter the job I had providing care for my grandmother in home could no longer keep. On 03/05/09 I was twice the weight size which wasn't normal, was rushed to (ER) to find that they had to take my unborn child. Futhermore bills were piling up, my car was repo, I than contact the insurace company to make quick settlement the insurance company was so quit with making this settlement with me they didn't even give me lost of wages. Futhermore I became really depressed my daighter was on and out of the mental hospital depressed as well being harassed at school people asking her about this incident. Well to tell you the most I put $6995.00 on a 2000 vehicle because of my credit history I explain to the dealer an owner my situation, I drove this vehicle for two days nothing but problems now I'm down $5556.00 paid and $2100.00 left to have this vehicle serviced at many licensed places for people to say to me where you get this truck and how much did you pay and, after getting out to see for myself I was sold a death trap everything under this vehicle is rusted, I spoke with the bank they agree to get me oit after took this vehicle to the Chevy dealer and was also informed that if he was afraid if he would fix one thing that more things would break due t o the rust. On that same day the dealership that I purchased this vehicle from and the bank, but what the dealer was trying to offer me wasn't nearly couldn't accommodate me a smaller vehicle were I couldn't even get all of my children in and or even use during the winter the bank said that they would even help me with no money down biut the dealer refused to help me I feel I was tooken advantage of and thabecause I'm awomen and I came alone and my credit isn't good that I was treated this way. The owner said I was goofy and called me names I stayed at this fealership for 8hrs for them to belittle me, ohh but they did offer me something to eat. If you don't have any money don't come back is what the dealership daughter said to me. The bank said that I should get my downpayment back from them or go to another dealer, but O feel as through theys should take their problem back. I've been hurt enough in Philadelphia after being robbed at gunpiont with my children I have a fear of walking or riding public transportation if they would just give me something that my money brought that isn't rusted and is safe for my children and I, and my grandmom who is 91 and loves fore to take her out because I'm the only granddaughter who have patience to go out with her. Please help me I feel like people are being tooken advantage of Oa'm not only speaking for myself but anyone who have been mistreated because of their past history, or credit, we must unite so people can stop acting out and killing themself or one another because of the hurt and frustration. We need each other to take this stand.
