We had our home loan modified in February 2009. In Novemer 2009, we received a legal notice of BAC intent to accelerate our loan due to non-payment. We contacted BAC and immediately collected our documation and sent to BAC to show payments were made. Continued to pay on our loan obligation. In February BAC sent us a notice from BAC stating they received papers and BAC will get back with us in 20 days.
In March 2010, we received a notice from BAC stating they received our request for financial assistance with our loan and they needed more information. We were pretty upset because that is not intention. Our intention to was make sure BAC had our loan payments and were reviewing records showing we were current.
From November 2009 to the present we have received numerous phone calls and had to tell this whole story over and over again but all they wanted was a payment.
Since December 2009, BAC has not provided us any loan history data, we had asked them several times, can we just go into a local branch, show them our payments, they could show us the discrepancy. They did not help us with reconciling our loan, were unable to give us information, and seemed to be the most frustrating, BAC was unable to get us to the department to get settled.
We were told to call their Home Retention team who referred us to the Payment Research team who referred us to any branch to then referred us to Customer Assistance Center who referred us back to any branch. Between these referrals we had to tell our story numerous times and were discouraged with their lack to let us speak with a supervisor.
We are very concerned about our credit being affected, tried of being hassrassed by numberous daily phone calls, and given the run around by BAC who do not seem to know what department does what...hence, Work for BAC no training, no experienced needed.
