In Panama City, Florida the legal system doesn't stop crime but rather will assist the criminal to carry it out.

I have been trying for over a year to get help with CONSTRUCTION FRAUD where the BAY COUNTY legal system is being used as a weapon.

WHY DOES AN EX-CONVICT WITH FELONY CONVICTIONS OF GRAND THEFT, VIOLENCE AND $184,000 IN FEDERAL TAX EVASION HAVE A CONTRACTORS LICENSE!
