Awesome Auger Complaint

In the commercial they offer the Awesome Auger for $19.99 + S/H and you were to receive a free drill. When I called to order it was a tape instead of a person. I was asked if I wanted to purchase the auger for $19.99 once I said yes my CC information was taken then I was asked if I wanted to make other purchases, more Augers, better drills. etc I kept saying no until finally I was asked if I understood that I would have to pay S/H for my free drill. I said yes and the machine thanked me for my order and disconnected. I found it strange that no total was given so I called the next day and was to that I was being charged $37.61 in S/H and it was to late to cancel the order.

THE $19.99 ITEM COST $57.60.
