AVS Media Complaint

I purchased AVS media's video editing software online. From day one it didn't work. I contacted their tech support and received back instructions on what to send to them. It included a screenshot, which I did, and the error reports that came up, which none did. I sent it to them and received more instructions to send back to them. I finally requested a refund, at which point they instructed me to go to a webpage to download a PDF document to fill out and send back to them.

That webpage, it turns out, does not exist. In the meantime, I am stuck with a program that is defective and got nothing back but trouble from AVS Media.
