This all started a few months ago with my girlfriends 2003 dodge caravan. The transmission went out and we took the van to HK where we thought we were getting a good deal. Few months later the same problem occurs but we were told it was because of the first job wasn't done correct in the first place. So we were ok with everything cause we were told it would be a few days. Now here it is 2 and a half weeks later they don't have it fixed. They won't answer the phone, or return calls. When they do we get the run around. One guy says we need another part. one guy says we just need a cable. The owner isn't around to speak to as usual. We had a friend with the chamber of commerce talk to them and he got nowhere. He did witness one of the employees drinking in the garage then pull a bmw inside to work on. They are dissrespectful to women and type of work they do is horrible. We have 5 kids one of which is 33 days old and we can't get to a doctor for her check up now. We are having problems getting to work and taking the kids to school. This entire situation has been terrible and this is a last resort before I go crazy!!
