Genuine Warranty is distributed through a dealer. Porsche of Lexington - Juan Ramon Juanso was the sales consultant that sold me the warranty. Two months later my car was totaled and they said that it is not pro=rated nor transferable to a new car. This is not stated anywhere in any paperwork I received. Here is my email to them:

The reason I am writing to you is that I was sold a Genuine Warranty and was not told that if the car was totaled I lose my money?
I bought a Porsche Cayenne from Lexington Porsche in end of April 2009 and it was totaled in an accident on June 27, 2009.
I am now healthy enough to write this letter after the accident. I called to have the pro-rated warranty transferred to a new Porsche Cayenne but I was told that the contract was void if totaled.
I paid $4400 and had the car 2 months?
Please let me know how your firm would like to proceed?
