I was sent to Auto Performance lab by Progressive auto insurance which was on progressive's side and not mine. They diagnostically checked my car in which I had confirmed all the electrical and gauges worked perfect before the vehicle burglery and they told the insurance that everything except the most expensive part was a result of the damage. I then called the auto shop to have them stop work on my vehicle and was hung up on and then when I called back and began asking questions on how they came up with this and to explain to me why it worked properly before and how is that it quincedentally stopped working at the same time as all the other electrical and he told me to Fuck Off and then when I called to get his license number he refused to give it to me at first then stated it was on the invoice and that if I called back again he would call the cops for harassment. I wanted to ask how a customer asking to be informed and get straight answers is harassment but did not want to end up hearing any other awful things this man had to say.
