The engine light came on, car was taken to a local service center. In the mean time I contacted suzuki and was told because car was under 36,000 miles it was under FULL warranty but would have to be towed to Suzuki dealership.
Now once they have the car 50 miles away, they say they will not honor any warranty and it could cost me up to $14,000.00. They are claiming "lack of oil changes" to me this is without any merit because Chuck from dealership say's it would have had to have happened from the last oil change, which is current and on top of that he say's he has "no idea whats wrong", oil was fine at time of last change. This sounds like typical S. O.P. for Suzuki, saying it is "completely covered" to "nothing is covered" seems at the very least unethical. PLEASE contact me. Yhank you.
